Introduction
Progress doesn’t always come from big announcements. Sometimes it shows up as sharper tools, clearer visibility, and smoother workflows that quietly make everything work better.
This update brings exactly that kind of progress. This release focuses on giving users and agencies more control over their setup, more transparency into call usage, and more flexibility in how agents are built and managed. Along the way, we also added a seasonal surprise that brings a bit of personality to inbound calls during the holidays.
Here’s what’s new.
A Seasonal Inbound Experience Built for the Holidays
To close out the year, we’ve introduced a brand-new inbound role designed specifically for the holiday season: Santa’s Front Desk.

This role is built to create a festive, ready-to-use inbound experience with minimal configuration required. It automatically uses the Santa voice and follows predefined call behavior optimized for cheerful, holiday-style interactions.
For teams running seasonal campaigns or businesses that want to add a bit of warmth and personality to inbound calls, this role makes it easy to deliver something memorable without touching complex settings.
Clearer Call Visibility with Enhanced Call History
Understanding call performance shouldn’t require guesswork. This update brings more clarity directly into Call History.
Two new optional columns are now available:
Call Duration, showing exactly how long each call lasted
Call Cost, showing the precise cost associated with each call

Both columns can be enabled or disabled through the table controls, allowing users to customize how much detail they see. For agencies especially, this makes it easier to monitor usage, track billing, and evaluate call efficiency across accounts.
White Label Gets Cleaner and Easier to Manage
White labeling continues to evolve with more control and fewer friction points.
Primary accounts logging in through a white-labeled domain can now choose to hide thinkrr documentation and help links entirely. A new toggle in White Label settings lets agencies control exactly what clients see, keeping the experience fully branded and distraction-free.
White Label can also now be purchased directly inside the app under Profile Settings → General, making it faster to enable and easier to manage without additional steps.
Duplicate Inbound Agents
Testing and iteration are now much easier.
Users can duplicate any existing inbound agent with a single click. The duplicated agent copies all configuration and settings from the original, including website URLs for Phone and Web agents.
To prevent accidental usage, duplicated agents start inactive by default and require a phone number assignment if the original agent was also a phone agent. This makes it safe to experiment, test variations, or build backups without impacting live traffic.
UI Improvements to Reduce Friction
This release also includes a set of interface and experience updates focused on clarity and ease of use.
On the home screen, a new onboarding tooltip replaces the previous overlay experience. Starter inbound agents now begin inactive on first login, with a clear explanation guiding users on how to activate them intentionally.
The library also received visual refinements and new system notifications for important events like meetings booked, low minutes, and system alerts.
Across the app, you’ll notice rounded button styles and small layout improvements that make agent cards, scenario cards, and forms easier to scan and use.
Quality Improvements and Fixes
Alongside new features, this release includes fixes and stability improvements, including:
Various bug fixes across the board
Corrected call cost display inconsistencies
These updates help ensure data is accurate and the interface behaves consistently across environments.
Final Thoughts
This update is about tightening the experience. Better visibility, safer experimentation, cleaner branding, and smoother onboarding all add up to a platform that’s easier to manage and easier to scale.
As the year wraps up, this release sets the foundation for even more control and flexibility moving forward.
