Transfer Minutes Between Sub-Accounts
Agencies can now move minutes between sub-accounts directly inside Account Manager.
Minute transfers currently work from Primary to Secondary Sub-Accounts, making it easier to prevent uneven balances, wasted capacity, or clients running out of minutes mid-campaign.
Before confirming a transfer, thinkrr clearly shows:
Exactly how many minutes will be deducted
Exactly how many minutes will be received
A visual warning when pricing markups affect the final minute amount


Everything is transparent before you click confirm.
Website-Based Agent Creation and Retraining
Receptionist agents can now be created or retrained using a website URL.
Instead of manually filling out training fields from scratch, you can drop in a website link and thinkrr will automatically scan the site and fill ALL key configuration fields for you.

Setup now takes merely seconds, and you can choose whether to:
Update key information only
Retrain the entire agent
This makes onboarding and iteration dramatically faster.
Smart Actions for Automatic CRM Workflows
Inbound agents now include built-in Smart Actions that trigger GoHighLevel workflows directly.
After a call, your agent can automatically:

No manual workflow building required just to get basic execution working.
Automatic CRM Contact + Notes Sync
Contacts can now be created automatically when they don’t exist, and call notes are logged immediately after inbound or outbound calls.

Summary
Call direction
Existing CRM contacts are never overwritten, so your data stays clean and safe.
New contacts created through voice interactions are tagged with: voice-ai-agent-created
Knowledge Pack Center
Knowledge Packs now have a new dedicated hub in the sidebar.

No more bouncing around agents and projects just to edit your packs! You can also now search using agent names and description.
Improved Test Call Experience
Test calls now have a visual feedback for users to monitor their microphone activity, just in case you accidently leave it on mute (again).
