The Next Generation of Thinkrr Is Here

This is the biggest release we've ever shipped, and it changes what Thinkrr can do for you. A whole new lineup of AI-powered tools that take the busywork off your plate, hand you real control over your agents, and give you more of everything you're already paying for.

If you've spent time in Thinkrr, you may have used our AI Copilot: the assistant you could just talk to, describe what you wanted in real time with one of our own virtual agents, and watch it set up your inbound and outbound agents for you. It turned what used to be a manual, click-heavy setup into a simple conversation, and it quickly became one of our users' favorite ways to get things done on the platform.

Now we've taken that idea and made a massive leap beyond it. Picture an assistant that doesn't just build an agent, but helps you run the entire platform, working right alongside you. And that's just the start.

What's new

AVA — your autonomous AI assistant. If you've already experienced our Copilot, think of AVA as that same magic taken all the way up. And if you're new to Thinkrr, here's the short version: instead of pointing and clicking through screens, you just ask, and AVA gets it done for you while you focus on everything else. Tell it to:

• Create an inbound agent
• Attach a calendar
• Buy a phone number
• Set up an outbound campaign
• Import contacts
• Set up appointment reminders
• Pull up analytics
• Answer any question about the platform

And this is only the beginning. AVA is the first step in a fully agentic Thinkrr, an assistant that doesn't just wait for instructions but works autonomously beside you to keep your business moving. Soon, AVA will track insights and changes across your workspace on its own and surface them to you, so you always know exactly where things stand. Initiating calls, sending emails, and recommending configuration changes to your agents based on real call data to make them perform better are all abilities AVA is set to gain in the near future.

Custom Agent. For the builders, the tinkerers, and anyone who wants total control over how their agents behave, the Custom Agent is a blank canvas to design the exact experience you want, from the ground up. This is where Thinkrr opens all the way up:

Powering it all: credits

Here's the shift that makes all of this possible. Tools like AVA, Custom Agents, and the Optimizer work completely differently from a standard call, a quick task, a complex campaign, and a heavily configured agent don't take the same amount of work, and plain minutes were never built to power them. So alongside this release, we're introducing credits: a more accurate and flexible way to power not just call agents, but full AI systems.

Credits track what's actually happening. A lean, well-built agent can cost less to run, while more complex work is priced for exactly what it is, instead of one flat rate slapped on everything.

The mechanics are simple:

1. Every agent has a starting cost based on how it's configured, and real usage factors into the total.
2. You'll see an estimated cost before a call starts, and the actual cost once it's done.
3. Credits are purchased at $0.01 each.
4. When your account transitions, your existing balance carries over automatically.

Included credits reset each month with your billing cycle and don't roll over, but the monthly allocation has gone up substantially to more than make up for it.
