Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms, expectations, and rules for participation in the thinkrr.ai Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

You may apply to join the thinkrr.ai Affiliate Program to promote thinkrr products and earn commissions on qualified referrals. thinkrr may contact you regarding your application or participation in the program.

2. Participation Requirements

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, marketing standards, and thinkrr policies, including:

  • FTC Endorsement Guidelines for proper disclosure

  • No misleading or false claims

  • No spam or unsolicited messaging

  • No paid ads using the “thinkrr” name or trademarks without approval

  • No impersonation of thinkrr or its team

  • No self-referrals or fraudulent signups

  • No AI-generated spam content under your name or brand

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Tier 1 participation does not require an active thinkrr subscription. Higher tiers may require product usage and verification as outlined below.

The affiliate program is not available to thinkrr employees, contractors, or internal team members. Internal referrals, self-enrollment by staff, or participation by individuals acting on behalf of thinkrr are not permitted.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link that tracks conversions.

Commission Tiers

  • Tier 1 (Starter): 10%

  • Tier 2 (Rockstar): 15%

  • Tier 3 (Super): 25%

Commissionable Plans

Commissions are paid on the following Agency plans only:

  • Kickstart

  • Lite

  • Unlimited

Other plans or products not listed above are not commissionable.

Additional Commission Rules

  • Cookies last 90 days

  • The most recent valid referral cookie receives credit

  • Commissions are net of refunds, cancellations, or failed payments

  • Fraud, self-referrals, or manipulation void commissions

  • Commission rates apply to commissionable plans at standard pricing

  • Commission rates may vary for specific campaigns, funnels, or promotions and will be communicated separately when applicable

4. Upgrade Policy

If a customer upgrades from a non-commissionable plan to a commissionable plan within 30 days, commissions are paid only if the affiliate’s efforts directly influenced the upgrade. All upgrades are manually reviewed.

5. Affiliate Tier Movement and Eligibility

Tier 1 – Starter
  • All approved affiliates enter at Tier 1 by default

  • No subscription or referral requirement to remain at this tier

Tier 2 – Rockstar

An affiliate may be upgraded to Tier 2 once all of the following are met:

  • At least one active, paying referral on a commissionable plan

  • Completion of required thinkrr onboarding courses

  • Submission of a video (Loom or MP4) demonstrating one functional inbound agent and one functional outbound campaign

Videos must show working, usable setups. Submissions may be shared via the designated community channel or provided email. Tier 2 upgrades occur after review and approval.

Tier 3 – Super

An affiliate may be upgraded to Tier 3 once:

  • The affiliate is Tier 2 approved

  • The affiliate has at least 25 active, paying referrals on commissionable plans

Upgrade to Tier 3 occurs automatically once the referral threshold is met.

6. Super Tier Maintenance and Downgrades

Tier 3 status is maintained only while the affiliate has at least 25 active referrals. If the active referral count drops below 25:

  • A 30-day grace period applies during which Tier 3 status and commission rates remain active

  • If eligibility is not restored within 30 days, the affiliate is downgraded to Tier 2

Certification status is retained. Affiliates may automatically regain Tier 3 status by again meeting the active referral requirement.

Tier changes apply only to future referrals. Existing referrals retain the commission rate active at the time the referral signed up.

thinkrr reserves the right to verify eligibility, referral activity, and tier status at any time. thinkrr also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, including changes to commission structures, tiers, eligible plans, and program rules, at any time and at its sole discretion.

7. Payout Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly on or before the 15th for the previous month

  • Minimum payout threshold is USD 100

  • Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer for high-volume affiliates

  • A 30-day hold period applies to all transactions

  • Commissions may be adjusted for refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent activity

Affiliates are responsible for all taxes and must provide accurate payment information. thinkrr may audit referral records if discrepancies arise.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use thinkrr logos and approved marketing assets only as provided. Restrictions include:

  • No modification of thinkrr assets

  • No domains or handles containing “thinkrr”

  • No presenting yourself as a thinkrr employee or partner

  • No use of thinkrr trademarks in paid ads without written approval

All intellectual property remains the sole property of thinkrr.

9. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time without cause. thinkrr may terminate immediately in cases of breach, fraud, or illegal activity.

Upon termination:

  • All thinkrr assets must be removed

  • Affiliate links must be discontinued

  • Commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to breach

  • Commissions earned prior to termination remain payable unless invalidated by fraud or policy violations

10. Confidentiality and Data

Affiliates must keep all non-public information confidential. Customer data may not be stored or used beyond what is necessary for referral tracking. Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and PIPEDA.

11. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of thinkrr.

12. Liability and Indemnification

thinkrr’s liability is limited to commissions paid in the prior three months. Affiliates agree to indemnify thinkrr against claims arising from violations of these terms or applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of White Rock, British Columbia. Class actions are waived.

14. Additional Program Guidelines

Discretion and Eligibility

thinkrr retains sole discretion to:

  • Assign affiliates to tiers

  • Approve or deny tier upgrades

  • Determine eligibility for specific campaigns, funnels, or promotions

Funnel and Campaign Variability

Commission rates may vary by referral link, funnel, or campaign. An affiliate’s tier represents a baseline commission rate and does not guarantee eligibility for all promotions.

Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship. For example:

"I’m a thinkrr affiliate and may earn a commission."

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Referral Cap

Annual commissions may be capped at USD 100,000 unless approved in writing by thinkrr.
